I’m a woman on a mission: to help women like you step into the fullness of who you are — with confidence, clarity, and calm energy.

With years of experience in leadership and Agile-coaching, I’ve seen firsthand how ambitious, high-achieving women push hard, carry heavy loads, and eventually hit a wall. I know what it feels like to be giving so much — yet feeling depleted, unseen, or stuck. I also know what it takes to break out of that cycle.

That’s why I trained in Core Energy Coaching® — because I believe real change doesn’t start at the surface. It starts from deep within: from rewiring energy, beliefs, and inner patterns.
