1. Coaching Disclaimer & Scope of Service

Yana (“Coach”) provides coaching focused on core energy alignment, burnout recovery, somatic nervous system work, and nervous system regulation.

Not Therapy: Coaching is not licensed psychology or mental health counseling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical therapy, please consult a licensed medical professional.

Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being and any decisions made during or after coaching.

 

2. Professional Relationship

The relationship between the Client and the Coach is a partnership designed to facilitate the development of personal or professional goals.

While the Coach uses somatic and nervous system-based tools, the results are dependent on the Client’s own engagement and implementation.

No guarantees of specific outcomes are made.

 

3. Payments and Refunds

Fees: All prices for coaching packages or digital products are listed in USD and are subject to change.

Payments: Payment is required in full or according to an agreed-upon payment plan prior to the start of services.

Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of coaching, refunds are generally not provided after the first session has commenced.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours.

24-Hour Rule: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations: Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of that session or a cancellation fee.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, logos, somatic exercises, and downloadable materials, is the property of Coach with Yana and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reuse, redistribute, or sell this content without express written permission.

 

6. Confidentiality

The Coach agrees to keep all information shared by the Client strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).

In no event shall Coach with Yana or its owner be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or coaching services.
